don't know to much about tech but to me is simple: you are comparing apples with oranges - they are both fruits but apple cannot compete at the moment with the independent open ai. yes, microsoft has shares in open ai (and chat gpt) but doesn't own it. try the ai from google and is the same as apple one, not able to compete with open ai.
as for the european laws, some are good and trying to protect the consumers, some are pure crap
Thanks for the feedback, man. Actually the approach Apple is having it’s said to be a little different, which is the reason they are way behind the rest of the competitors. To be fair, at the moment I use more ChatGPT than any other AI tool. I don’t hide that having a tool fully integrated into the devices could be very helpful, though.
